Job Title: Staff Backend Engineer (SaaS, Data & AI)

Job Summary We’re hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to help design and deliver SaaS products powered by data, machine learning, and AI. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on building scalable backend systems, integrating ML/AI capabilities into customer workflows, and improving system reliability and performance across the platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver production‑ready features while contributing to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and technical mentorship across teams.
