Job Description

Purpose of Role:   

The Staff Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring all employee compliance requirements within the organisation are maintained in line with Irish legislation, HIQA standards, HSE requirements, TUSLA/CCU compliance, employment law, and organisational policies.

The role supports the safe and effective delivery of health and social care services by maintaining accurate staff records, monitoring mandatory compliance requirements, coordinating training compliance, and acting as a key liaison with regulatory bodies and internal departments.
