Staff Counsel

**Responsibilities**:- Support the legal heads of Mexico and Colombia to provide support to the legal needs of these countries.
- Provide contract drafting and negotiation support- Advise internal clients on legal and operational issues associated with client agreements- Assist with the communication and implementation of policies and procedures designed to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct within the region- Advise internal clients on various legal issues, with an emphasis on insurance, corporate and consumer law.
