Staff Designer, Discovery Product Group

We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to bring Thrivent’s value proposition of financial advice and generosity to life on Thrivent.com. As an expert individual contributor, you’ll use a blend of visual craft expertise and strategic design thinking to create user experiences that help prospects understand how they can use their money for good.

The Staff Product Designer will work across multiple products in the Discovery Product Group to ensure design excellence at every step of the journey, from the homepage through the moment a prospect connects with a financial advisor. This role is ideal for a strategic design leader who enjoys mentoring designers and collaborating with design, product and engineering partners to drive a high-quality, user-centered product.
