SDC Position Summary

As the Staff Development Coordinator at Laurelwood Health Care, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
+ Participate in the completion of facility assessments determining the knowledge and skills required amongst staff to meet resident needs.
+ Plan, schedule, conduct and oversee educational training as well as routine in-services for all staff.
+ Review and update education routinely to reflect the most current guidelines associated to company policy and/or federal guidelines associated with long-term care.
