Staff Electrical Engineer - Protection & Control

Acting in a qualified engineer capacity within the (power) Transmission & Distribution Global Practice, to produce design engineering deliverables for Burns & McDonnell’s Protection & Control (P&C) engineering projects. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Leading on project technical solution development, unaided and when appropriate;
• Participating in multi-disciplinary teams to produce specific sub-packages of detailed engineering deliverables;
• Supporting the Substations Section Manager in growing and enhancing the protection & control engineering capability in the Mexico business; and
• Providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers with the engineering team, particularly those in the P&C discipline;
• Be a lead technical role on P&C design project deliverables, ranging from 11kV up to 400kV including undertaking the role of Lead Project Engineer on project teams, as required and when appropriate;
