Job Description Summary
The Staff Electrical Engineer in this role is an individual contributor with deep expertise in electrical, PCB layout, RF design and electro-mechanical systems focused on sustaining existing BD’s flagship Medication Cabinets and Infusion Pumps.

- Requirements:
- 2. Proficient in datasheets, conduct circuit analysis, board testing and qualify new components and sub-assemblies.
- 3. Lead/contribute to Failure investigation & analysis of complex software, hardware, and interconnected systems - CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action).
- 4. Knowledge of latest compliance standards including RoHS3/REACH, EMC 60601 4th. edition, UL, EU (European Union), IEC, and NFPA 70.
- 5. Lead validation and verification for new components and sub-assemblies (Test Plans, Test Protocols, and Test Reports). Define/execute test methodology and test coverage to assure product reliability.
