Staff Engineer (2.5D & 3DIC process development)

Responsibilities:

• Perform 2.5D/3DIC platform development.
• New unit module development and devices development.
• New process verification and qualification.
• New platform DSM setup.
• Customer engagement and new product verification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics/Electronics/Electrical/Physics/Materials engineering or other relevant fields.
• With 7 years working experience in Foundry R&D or related experience of integration/process/device engineer.
• Experiences in 2.5D and 3DIC integration and device background are advantageous.
• Strong analysis skills with solid FMEA, control plan, DOE, and problem solving.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motived and avid learner.
