Job Responsibilities
Investigate root causes and defects through the application of AOI, SEM, OM, and EdX for troubleshooting purposes.
Develop scanning acoustic microscopy recipes for engineering samples and inline BKM set.
Support metrology recipe development for engineering purposes and establish critical dimension, thickness, and warpage BKM set.
