Ajna Lens is looking for a Staff Engineer – Backend to join our Product Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced backend engineer who will drive scalable architecture, platform evolution, and engineering excellence for our B2 C platforms.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in building high-scale consumer-facing platforms with a strong foundation in backend architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native development. This role demands a strong product mindset, technical depth, and the ability to lead and mentor teams while shipping fast in a collaborative environment.
