As a Staff Design Engineer in the Non-Volatile-Engineering NAND Flash design/verification team at Micron Technology, Inc., you will contribute to the development of memory products that are outstanding in terms of die size, performance, reliability, and power!
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Take part in multi-functional key features evaluation and recommend a decision on architecture.
Be able breakdown functions into circuits in the analog and/or digital domain, and design, simulate, optimize, and floor plan NAND circuits
