About The Job
We are looking for a Senior Data Modeler with strong enterprise data modeling expertise and MMIS domain exposure. In this role, you will lead the design and maintenance of scalable data models that support Medicaid program operations and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate closely with business, analytics, compliance, and engineering teams to deliver integrated data solutions that enable certification readiness, auditability, and reliable decision-making.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end design of conceptual, logical, and physical data models for MMIS and Medicaid data warehouse/lakehouse environments, including data marts and operational data stores.
Translate complex Medicaid business rules (eligibility, benefits, provider networks, claims processing) into accurate and maintainable data models in partnership with program and business stakeholders.
