Staff Engineer

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

• The equipment engineer is responsible to sustain & maintain Lithography equipment (coat, exposure, develop). The equipment engineer need to implement planned preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine when the equipment down. Continue improve the uptime, yield and cost. Need to be expert in litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner).
• Equipment owner to meet KPIs defined in the Litho department. Responsine to Litho equipment stability to meet the uptime, MBTF & OEE.
• Implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required.
• Able to Perform advance machine troubleshooting. Kowledge in litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess,...
