Staff Engineer Product Engineering

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Work closely with the engineering design team to solve yield and quality problems, pre and post-production
Interface with internal and external customers to resolve technical issues requiring in depth product knowledge
Drive design for test and manufactur ability, and quality improvement through PPM reduction
Drive corner lot planning including characterization and qualification testing
Monitor new product design reliability testing, perform interval shift analysis
Some overseas travel may be required for training, product transfers and release.
Project Management & Communication:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and interface with global teams, customers, and suppliers.
Strong project ownership, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable representing PRE topics in high-level discussions.
