Staff Engineer Product Test Engineering

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
Drive yield, cost and quality for responsible product, as well as collaboration with FE, assembly, clusters and business divisions
Ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon's quality and reliability standard thru robust test firewall (SBA, test workflow, test program), lot on hold assessment and disposition to ensure quality compliance
Support new product release and stable ramp-up, FE qualification and technology transfer, BE productivity/ratio projects such as test time reduction, test insertion removal, test package optimization, burn-in hour reduction and NLoZD projects
Conduct risk assessment in deviation management (DDM, ALF, MRB), PCRB and any platforms to ensure safe release
Support FAR in electrical test yield analysis, fault analysis and simulation, 8D including root cause finding, containment, permanent actions and test escapee root cause
