Location Juarez Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico Job Title Staff Engineer, Research & Develop Product Development Job Summary This position is responsible for providing senior technical leadership in the design, development, validation, and release of new products as well as the improvement of existing products. The Staff Engineer operates with a high degree of autonomy, contributes to technical strategy, and influences product, technology, and process decisions across multiple development programs while working closely with cross‑functional teams. Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Physics, or related discipline). Minimum 5–8 years of relevant engineering experience. Strong technical competence in fiber optic products and testing. Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken. Proficiency with CREO or equivalent CAD tools preferred.
