Staff Engineer

As a Staff Engineer at VendorPM, you’ll be a senior individual contributor (70-80%) with technical leadership responsibilities (20-30%).This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll design, build, and scale backend systems that power our marketplace. At the same time, you’ll help shape the technical direction of the platform-from defining our architecture roadmap to introducing AI-enabled development practices and improving our engineering processes.You will report directly to the VP of Engineering and play a key role in building the future of technology at VendorPM.We’re looking for someone who thrives in autonomous, self-sufficient teams and gets excited about solving real world problems.
