Staff Engineer/Assistant Manager, Process Engineering

This Staff Engineer for process engineering will be responsible for line sustaining, troubleshooting, existing products improvement and new product industrialization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical knowledge sharing and support to the Team
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste.
• Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Process Optimization and Improvement in ECN projects
• Ensure KPIs are closely monitored and within control
• Daily line troubleshooting and sustaining
• Involve in RCA, FMEA and Customer Complaints Troubleshooting
• Maintain and Review Process Documentations
• Verify and ensure BOM and Routing setup properly for new or existing material numbers in SAP
• Involve as internal auditors for certification need
• Ensure smooth transition to mass manufacturability in PDP and CD Projects
