Staff Engineering Manager - Tangerine

What you will be doing Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the Senior Manager of Engineering is responsible for providing leadership and direction on end-to-end technology design and implementation. Interacting with business and technology leaders across the Bank, the successful candidate will establish a dynamic strategy focused on utilizing tools and capabilities in innovative ways that are aligned to our enterprise architecture. The role requires a deep understanding of the technology, a passion for innovation, inspired leadership and a drive for results, experience in large program technology delivery, and superior organization and communication skills.
