Job Description

**Job Purpose:**

**We’re looking for an experienced Staff Engineer (8+ years) to lead embedded firmware, AUTOSAR driver development, and PMIC system validation for next-generation automotive and industrial power solutions.** The role involves architecting reusable validation frameworks, setting up the AUTOSAR framework/workflow, creating AUTOSAR CDD modules from the ground up, and enabling customer-ready firmware for Renesas PMICs attached to MCUs and SoCs.

Qualifications

**_Key Responsibilities_**

+ Lead System-Level Validation for automotive PMICs (OV/UV/OC/OT protection, CRC, ADC/BIST, watchdog, fault reactions). Build and maintain validation frameworks for PMICs.
+ Develop embedded firmware for Renesas MPUs, MCUs, and SoCs targeting the attached PMICs.
