Job Description

Strictly follow all standard work procedures, including safety procedures, JSA’s, Work Permits, and MOC’s.
Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) on all instrument devices. 
Perform calibration, testing, making any necessary adjustments, and documenting the results. 
Perform loop checking to verify that all the connected components are working properly or to determine if repairs are needed, and then to red mark any modifications on associated drawings. 
Troubleshoot any instrumentation that is not working properly, to determine any discrepancies between proper operation and observed operation, and to isolate any suspect device from the control loop, and to perform corrective action as necessary to resolve any problems. 
Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
