Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians and engineers to achieve key maintenance, quality, and equipment performance goals, ensuring strong readiness and reliability of assets for ongoing and future operations.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of TPM pillars, including maintenance KPI (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Dt), preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and focused improvement to strengthen equipment uptime and stability.
