**The Opportunity**

Nutanix is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative change agent to join our Product Quality Engineering team as a **Staff Manufacturing Quality Engineer** . This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence customer satisfaction by partnering with key internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners to optimize production and test processes, ensuring exceptional product quality in the field.

In this role, you will work closely with our hardware production and test partners to drive rigorous root cause analysis and execute effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for both customer‑impacting field issues and revenue‑impacting factory test failures.
