**Job Overview**

Purpose
Leading team activities, Guiding other MPDE-CA in specified area of Process design. Design and develop manufacturing process, tool, fixture and related equipment for cable assembly as project schedule with the objective of ensuring the whole manufacturing process is competitive and meet cost target within the direction of department manager and project manager. Design and develop manufacturing process for New project/product, meet CoPQ and delivery target.
