As the Staff Military Trainer – HICOM Facilitator, you will join our team in Fort Leavenworth, KS where you will conduct mission analysis of higher headquarters guidance (CSA, T2COM, CAC) and use the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) to produce scenarios, BLUFOR Higher Headquarters (HICOM) Orders, OPFOR Supreme HICOM Orders, and any special instructions to the Exercise Control Group (ECG).



Serco supports the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), which trains Army Corps, Divisions, and Brigades in Army Mission Command Systems (MCS) and the Operations Process. This is accomplished through integrated simulations that replicate complex operating environments and enable realistic Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO) training.
