Staff Modeling and Characterization Engineer

This team supports SPS FET design for PCP. We currently have limited characterization abilty and no modeling. The SPS FETs are critical for PCP and we are entering a period of incredible growth for SPS FETs where we are looking at volume sales increasing by 3x in the next 2 years.

【Job Description】

We are seeking a Staff Modeling and Characterziation Engineer to characterize and model FETs, and also model cutting edge switching power MOSFETs for 6.75V to 12V VIN applications. You will participate in the full product cycle from conception of architecture through final product characterization. This will involve modeling the FETs for specific application performance, and developing test and characterization methods to demonstrate FET capability and limits.
