Staff NPI Product Engineer

We are seeking a Staff NPI Product Engineer to provide technical leadership for new products from early characterization through stable production ramp. This role is designed for senior technical contributors who operate with broad scope, influence cross functional, cross site teams, and set the technical direction for product quality, yield and manufacturing readiness.


Responsibilities


End-to-End NPI Leadership

+ Own and drive technical strategy and execution for NPI projects from early characterization through stable production ramp.

+ Define and strategize NPI best practices, technical review check points, and readiness criteria across multiple projects.

+ Own key technical decisions and trade-offs impacting yield, cost, and time to market.

+ Drive NPI milestones with strong sense of urgency to meet schedule, quality, and yield targets.
