Staff Nurse

Monitor clients health, report concerns promptly, and arrange GP or professional reviews as needed. Complete, update, and maintain individualised care plans in line with An Bord Altranais and company policies. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care needs for all clients, including new admissions. Maintain accurate documentation, conduct regular client checks, and provide clear handover reports each shift.
