Geriatric care Competitive Remuneration Package Monday to Friday, Office hour As a Staff Nurse, Home Care, you will be responsible for the following duties: Assessing patients' condition and implement nursing care plan. Performing nursing procedures in patient's home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc. Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for home care patients. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carried out and medications dispensed. Requirements: At least Diploma in Nursing. Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board. At least 2 years of inpatient ward or nursing home experiences. Possess Advanced Diploma in Gerontology or Palliative care will be an advantage.
