Job Summary :

Responsible to provide quality nursing care to patients and facilitate their speedy recovery.

1. Provide direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as
   required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient
   care.

2 .Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections
etc.) and fill in patients' charts

1. Assess, plan, implement and educate patient/family

2. Maintain accurate and continued nursing documentation

3. Function as liaison between administration, patients, physicians and other healthcare
   providers.
