An opportunity has arisen within the Queen Margaret Community Hospital for a motivated and enthusiastic band 5 registered nurse with a genuine interest in caring for older adults and providing them with a positive experience during their inpatient stay.
This Band 5 post is a permanent position in Ward 5 Queen Margaret Hospital. Ward 5 is a 22 bedded ward caring for older people who require further rehabilitation, complex discharge planning following an acute illness and at times end of life care.
We can offer a good working environment within a large multidisciplinary team who are keen to support the educational and training needs of our staff. The wards have a culture of continuous quality improvement and are undertaking many initiatives to improve patient safety and support patients with cognitive impairment.
