Job description

We are hiring Staff Nurse for our senior's residence RainTree Care Services & Senior Residences in Pasay City.

We are under German management and operate on German healthcare standards.

RESONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Manage and Implement nursing care for our residents

2. Manage chronic illness

3. Consult and collaborate with physicians, head nurse, and other professionals

4. Plan the Nursing Care ( Nursing Care Plan )

5. Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families

6. Resolve patient's problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies

7. Preparing Nursing Care documents

8. Delegate Caregiver team for all caregiving activities

9. Take over other duties that might be assigned to you from time to time
