A vacancy has arisen within Ward 31 Planned Care for a 1st level trained nurse.

About the Ward

Ward 31 is a busy orthopaedic hip fracture ward. Candidates will be based in this ward and will work as part of a well‑motivated and dynamic multi‑disciplinary team that strives to deliver the highest level of care possible.

Key Responsibilities & Working Pattern

• Provide nursing care for orthopaedic hip fracture patients.
• Work across a rotation between dayshift, nightshift and twilight shifts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Enthusiastic, dynamic, self‑motivated with a real interest in orthopaedic nursing.
• Good team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in acute nursing desirable but not essential.
• Member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
