Staff Physician (Endocrinologist)

Position Summary


The NYU Student Health Center (SHC) is seeking a part-time, hybrid eligible endocrinologist to provide high quality patient care to a diverse University community of more than 50,000 undergraduate and graduate students. Common endocrinology issues include diabetes, thyroid conditions, PCOS, obesity, and other conditions, both emergent and chronic. The endocrinologist consults and co-manages patients with Primary Care, GYN, Dermatology, and other providers in a large multi-specialty health center in Manhattan (Washington Square Park campus). The Specialty Unit is supported by highly experienced nurses who assist with labs and patient education among other tasks. On-site services include a dedicated pharmacy, registered dieticians, optometry, behavioral health specialists, and gender-affirming care.
