About the Role Our client is a high-growth, venture-backed startup (recently closed a $10M+ Series A) building the industry-leading agentic AI platform for real estate operations. Their technology autonomously handles over 75% of client support interactions across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice.
We are seeking a heavy-hitting Senior to Principal level Software Engineer (7–12 years of experience) to join a lean rockstar engineering team. You will help scale the engineering organization from 6 to 12+ members while maintaining a rapid shipping velocity. This is a backend-leaning, full-stack role for an elite Individual Contributor who wants to build at the frontier of AI.
What You’ll Do
Architect & Ship: Lead the development of major features for omnichannel AI agents, making critical decisions on infrastructure and system design.
