About the Role: As a Staff-level individual contributor, you will blend strategic product thinking with elite hands-on craft. You will be the architect of the platform’s end-to-end UX/UI, transforming highly complex workflows into seamless experiences for diverse user types.

Responsibilities:

1. Founding Design Leadership: Own the design process from discovery and problem framing through to delivery.
2. Systems Thinking: Build a comprehensive design system from scratch, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation.
3. Complex Problem Solving: Design multi-step workflows, client dashboards, admin tooling, and advanced analytics for a B2B audience.
