Staff Product Designer

At Thrivent, we are seeking an experienced Staff Product Designer to support the Digital Advisor Experience (DAX) product team. This team is responsible for helping advisors grow and manage their practices through well-designed, enterprise-scale solutions. This role is centered on upfront product definition, system and workflow design, and shaping durable experience strategies that drive engagement and adoption. As a senior product designer, you will lead design direction across cross-functional partners in product and engineering, influence experience decisions at a strategic level, and mentor other designers through example and guidance.
