Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Sustain and continuously improve product yield, quality, and performance in a manufacturing environment.
Drive product lifecycle activities, including product sustaining, change management, and end‑of‑life execution.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and Supply Chain to resolve technical issues and meet business objectives.
Apply structured analytical and problem‑solving methods to investigate data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Review and interpret electrical circuits, schematics, and test data to support product debugging and optimization.
Act as a technical driver to proactively manage tasks, issues, and risks with speed and accuracy.
Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with internal stakeholders to support on‑time delivery and product readiness.
