Position Description



Staff Product engineer for SiC CJFET Division for New Product Development



**Candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**



+ Lead High Power SiC JFET New Product Development and Package Development (NPD) projects

+ Facilitate and coordinate design, process, assembly, test and releasing of the product to market

+ Work closely with design, test, device engineers in varied locations in a team environment

+ Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders for effective problem solving and completion of product development in a timely manner

+ Provide and coordinate technical support for the product line

+ Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams, establish relationships with key contacts in wafer fabs and assembly site for effective project coordination and execution.
