RUCKUS Networks is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff QA Engineer to join our team in Taipei!
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
Develop and document detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.

Perform thorough software and system testing on Wi-Fi and Switch products.

Collaborate closely with developers, customer support teams, and field engineers to identify and resolve issues.

Design and execute manual and automated test scenarios to ensure product quality and performance.

Analyze and troubleshoot issues across LAN, L2/L3 protocols, and switching features.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA engineering, network/system testing, or software validation.
