We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff QA Engineer to lead and mentor our QA team. You will be critical in designing, developing, and implementing robust test automation frameworks for complex software applications.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of comprehensive test automation frameworks for various applications.
Independently define test automation strategy and select appropriate tools and technologies.
Develop and maintain reusable automation scripts for a wide range of functionalities.
Mentor and guide junior test engineers on automation best practices and tools.
Foster a collaborative environment and actively participate in code reviews.
Analyze test results, diagnose defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and delivery.
