Staff scientist for the ema beamline (pesquisador pleno - 428422)

• Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Mineralogy, Geosciences, or related fields;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Experience with synchrotron X-ray techniques (such as XRD, XAS, XRS, CDI, or related methods);
• Strong scientific track record and ability to conduct independent research;
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.

Desirable

• Experience with experiments under extreme conditions (high pressure, cryogenics, high temperatures, or magnetic fields).

• Provide high-level scientific support to users, contributing to the design, execution, and analysis of experiments;
• Develop an independent and competitive research program leveraging the unique capabilities of the EMA beamline;
