Job Description

The Design Verification Team Lead is responsible for leading the verification efforts of complex digital and mixed-signal designs, ensuring they meet all functional and performance requirements. This role involves managing a team of verification engineers, developing and reviewing verification plans, and collaborating closely with design and architecture teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Team Management:** Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of verification engineers; distributing and monitoring day-to-day tasks as well as short and long term technical and career goals.
