The Otis Service Center is seeking a hands-on Staff Mechanical Engineer to support NAA field service and maintenance personnel in elevator repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role supports field service and maintenance personnel by diagnosing complex mechanical and electromechanical issues, developing repair solutions, and improving reliability of elevator systems.

This position requires direct involvement with rotating equipment, bearings, sheaves, traction machines, and electric motors. On-site surveying, field pilot testing, troubleshooting remotely and in elevator hoistway and machine rooms are a core part of the role.<...
