Job Description:
As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining Trend Micro’s products and their high quality throughout the SaaS release cycle, and owning enhancement task(s) to make the product better.
Together with Technical Support Team(DPE/CSM) you will directly contact to our major customers in Europe and you are expected to provide quality solutions and customer satisfaction.
