Staff Technician Reliability Product Testing

Your Role

• Checks lot requirements, prepares/sets up equipment and performs Reliability tests according to procedures, work instructions and test conditions according to REALIS (eg. Precondition / EVI / Special Requests)
• Processes the pending lots according to the schedule in REALIS Dispatcher or the prioritization by the superior. Obtains daily worklists, checks for delayed lots and comes up with catch‑up plans.
• Performs quality checks on the stress boards to ensure good working conditions before use. Segregates damaged boards for repair / scrap. Ensures proper storage and identification of stress boards and WIPs (Work In Process).
• Performs STPM (Short Term Preventive Maintenance) of Reliability Stress Equipment and Periodic Maintenance of stress boards. Coordinates with Engineering and Maintenance teams on the release of equipment for Calibration, Preventive Maintenance and repair.
