Staff Technologist

Job Responsibilities:

• Hematology Testing & Reporting

Perform hematological analysis of blood, body fluids, CSF, and special tests; ensure result accuracy, repeat/reject samples as per SOPs, store abnormal samples, issue reports, and communicate critical results to consultants.

• Quality Control & Equipment

Calibrate and operate analyzers, run daily QC and EQA with LJ chart review and interpretation, perform routine maintenance, maintain logs, and coordinate with biomedical/suppliers for troubleshooting.

• Inventory, Audit & Documentation

Monitor inventory consumption, maintain stock and indents, manage QC/audit data, support audit preparation, and ensure proper documentation and sample storage.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc./MLT/ BS/MS in Biological Sciences
• years of clinical lab technologist experience in Healthcare Industry
