Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading the PCBA Test Engineering team in an EMS manufacturing environment. Oversee AOI, ICT and FCT operations, drive process improvement, cost reduction, throughput enhancement, and ensure alignment with customer specifications and business KPIs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems.
Establish and improve process capabilities to meet quality and performance targets.
Develop and maintain process and test documentation.
Manage development projects to meet customer specifications, delivery and cost expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design products that are manufacturable.
Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.
Develop, test and implement new materials and processes for performance and cost improvement. <...
