Job Description

onsemi External Manufacturing is looking for:
A truely professional Test Engineer interested in exploring supplier management and communication by leveraging technical skills.
An employee with visions to work with teams to go beyond the boundries.
An individual willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Test Operational Support for onsemi's major subcons in Malaysia, Singapore and China
On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
Test/Probe MPE disposition
Test/Probe interface hardware ( load board, probe card etc. ) debugging
Responsible for major subcons KPI including Yield MPE cycle time
 
Bachelor or Master degree from Electrical/Electronic Engineering
5+ years experience of Test Production Support or Test Development
Familiar with Test Cell Setup ( Testers, Handler/Prober, Test ha...
