Staff Test Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Develop, coach and manage a team of test engineers working on new product test development and test cost reduction activities on the ATE

+ Innovation in test engineering to improve test efficiency and test development cycle time

+ Responsible for development of product test plans, schedules, allocation of resources, and project tracking and execution

+ Work with cross functional teams to develop test development strategy that meets product requirements.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering

+ Minimum 12 years of experience in developing ATE test hardware and software for Final Test or Wafer Probe

+ Strong leadership skills with good execution track record

+ Knowledgeable in analog, mixed signal, and digital IC test methods and tools

+ Experience with ETS-88/ETS-364 testers
